Ryman Christmas Card

I worked for the Ryman stationery company in it's many guises from 1996.

Having worked for this particular store in the few years prior to my retirement in November 2017,

I wanted to produce something special for the branch. I completed the A3 drawing* depicting four aspects of the store, and then went on to incorporate the drawing in a bespoke Christmas Card.

*The finished drawing appears with mount and frame in my Gift and commissioned pieces.

Top left: The counter area with displays to either side at front and range of ink cartridges behind.

Top right:

The two main promotional bays.

Gondola End 1, and Gondola End 2.

Bottoom Left:

The main window display with posters and promotional stacks.

Bottom Right:

The first of three windows leading into the shopping mall. All have generic window transfers.

This window promotes a few of the many Ryman services.

Drawing of Ryman Darlington with store entrance as centre-piece, featuring main window to left, first side window to right and promotional gondolas seen through the doorway.

Verse produced for inside card.

Main drawing enhanced to make front of card.

The completed article, reduced to produce an A6-size greeting card.
